Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Metodia ApS, the company operating Processia ("Processia", "we", "us", or "our"), may provide refunds for subscriptions purchased through the platform.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Free Plan and Trial

Processia offers a free plan that allows users to explore the platform before purchasing a subscription.

We encourage all users to test the platform through the Free Plan to ensure that Processia meets their needs before upgrading to a paid subscription.

2. First Subscription Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • This is your first paid subscription to Processia.
  • You have generated no more than 20 images.
  • You have not previously received a refund.
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the customer portal provided by Stripe.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.
  • Unused image credits expire at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
  • Your projects and workflows remain accessible according to the limits of your active plan or the Free Plan.

4. Plan Downgrades

You may downgrade to a lower plan at any time.

The downgrade will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for the price difference between plans.

5. Technical Issues

If significant technical problems prevent you from using Processia, please contact us.

At our sole discretion, we may choose to:

  • Extend your subscription period
  • Restore or add image credits
  • Provide a partial or full refund

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase
  • Renewals of existing subscriptions
  • Partial use of a billing period
  • Violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Account suspension due to fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs where the service was functioning correctly

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may normally have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.

However, by subscribing to Processia and requesting immediate access to digital services, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

  • The date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will become effective immediately upon publication.
